Mom's Recipe Challenge

Mom's Recipe Challenge is open to Canadian Residents except where prohibited by law and is restricted from employees of Januu inc. and their relatives as well as employees of business partners and suppliers of Januu inc. and their immediate families. There are two prize packages available - that will be awarded subject to a review of all entries after the deadline. One prize will be awarded specifically to an entrant who has supplied a video and the other winner will be selected from the entire pool of valid entries. MHS will choose the winners at its sole discretion. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of their selection, an alternate winner will be chosen. To be valid, an entry must include all information, including valid contact details. Further, video link submissions must be YouTube links valid at the time of contest closing. Entries not meeting these guidelines may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Januu Inc.. By submitting an entry, the entrant releases Januu inc. to publish the recipe in any media in the future at its sole discretion. Recipe submissions themselves must comply with copyright laws - by submitting an entry, the entrant is representing that the entry is their own creation and not borrowed in whole or part from another party's publised work or ideas. If a video link is submitted, it must be a YouTube video link and must compy with the copyright and other elements of the You Tube users agreement. Contest entries are accepted until 11:59 PM EST, December 15, 2009 and winners will be selected by January 4, 2010.
